Born and raised in the small West Coast community of Sop’s Arm, I grew up spending summers on the water and winters playing hockey on a rink my dad built for me each year. I went on to attend Memorial University, where I earned Bachelor’s degrees in Education and Physical Education, along with a Master’s in Education. I then spent ten years teaching and coaching in New-Wes-Valley, where my interest in real estate first began when my wife Sally and I built our first home in Pound Cove.
In 2020, when COVID slowed the world down, I decided to study real estate to stay productive—and quickly discovered a passion for the industry. In just over two years, I became a top producer with Keller Williams in Newfoundland, closing more than 60 transactions in my first year and earning the Rookie of the Year award. Since then, my team has consistently ranked among the Top 10 two-agent teams in Canada within Keller Williams. Along the way, I’ve built a trusted network of professionals—from electricians to photographers—helping ensure every transaction is smooth, efficient, and stress-free for my clients.
Outside of real estate, I stay actively involved in the community. If your kids are involved in local sports, there’s a good chance we’ve already met. I’ve been involved with Loopers Volleyball in Central, coached with Gander Minor Hockey and Baseball Gander, and have been a long-time member of the Gander Golf Club.
I’m proud to call Gander home, where I live with my wife Sally, a Grade One teacher at Gander Academy, and our two boys, Max and Charlie. I truly believe Gander is an incredible place to raise a family. Whether you’re buying, selling, or considering a move to Central Newfoundland, I’m always here to help however I can.
