Michelle's love of real estate began in 1994 when she commenced working with Manulife Real Estate in a local property management office responsible for the leasing & management of downtown office space. During her time with Manulife Real Estate, she held various positions in St. John's, Kitchener & Toronto including Property Administrator, Property & Leasing Manager, Financial Coordinator and Real Estate Analyst.
SInce 2009, Michelle has been a licensed Realtor, primarily involved with residential sales in St. John's & surrounding areas. Michelle is well-versed in the sale of resale homes, new construction, investment properties, commercial & residential lands, condos, and leasing.
