Samantha Dingwell

Samantha completed her Bachelor of Music at Memorial University of Newfoundland and attended Dalhousie University’s Schulich School of Law. She has worked in both the not-for-profit and public sectors. Her background in arts, culture, and law, as well as her extensive network and skills in communication, negotiation, and contracts, make her the ideal fit for clients looking to buy or sell their home. Samantha has lived in St. John’s, Halifax, and Toronto, moving home to the Avalon peninsula in the Spring of 2020. Her experience throughout eastern Canada and her own knowledge of moving throughout the country give her the experience and knowledge that sets her apart. Samantha’s personal and professional experience allows her clients to buy and sell with ease, comfort, and satisfaction! Samantha is passionate about her home province of Newfoundland and Labrador and in particular, the things that make the St. John’s area and the Avalon peninsula an ideal place to live and work. She loves introducing people to what is special about this place, and helping those that already know continue to experience the jewel that is Newfoundland and Labrador.
