My name is Kyla Miranda I am a Realtor® and I am a problem solver. I love to help you plan your future and to work with you to realize your potential and living space can be a huge part of that. I approach things creatively and systematically to achieve your vision. I grew up in Holyrood and now live in the beautiful city of St. John's, Newfoundland.
I have a masters degree in Anthropology from UBC and a Bachelor of Archaeology from Memorial University. My background is in historical research, records and information management, and I have also worked as an artist throughout my life. I love cooking, travel, time outdoors, languages, reading, creating (drawing, painting, writing) and am all about learning new things. As an entrepreneurial type, I naturally fell into real estate. However, I never realized how much I would grow to love helping people buy and sell properties. It's because it's a business about potential and potential is my favorite thing.
I am a real estate investor myself in both the long term and short term/vacation rental markets. This has given me a lot of joy and I really enjoy helping others grow their portfolios too. As well as data, real estate runs heavily on emotion because 'home' means so many different things to different people. As a buyer's agent I love to listen to you to help you figure out what you want and will help you to imagine any space as it could be. As a seller's agent I realize the importance of showcasing your home to the very best and will use all of the resources I have to make that happen.
Whether you work with me as an investor, a buyer, or a seller you will find that communication with me is very clear. I will use a network of professionals (lawyers, home inspectors, contractors etc..) to coordinate everything with you from start to finish and to get you to where you want to be.
