A native of Marystown, I am the daughter of two successful Realtors. Before becoming a Realtor I spent some time in Broadcasting and over 15 years in the Promotional Products and Advertising Industry.
When I'm not working diligently to sell your home or helping you to purchase one, myself and my husband Al enjoy our time involved in hobbies and our community. We are classic car owners and ride motorcycles. You could say we love the thrill of the open road!
When we are at home we enjoy spending time with family and friends and our little cat, Moe. As well as being a Realtor, I also manage and design advertising for SGH Advertising.
I also volunteer and serve on the Executive of the Heritage Riders Motorcycle Club and as a Board Member of the Burin Peninsula Chamber of Commerce.
Originally built in 1986 but completely transformed in 2016, this beautifully updated home feels brand new from top to bottom. With nearly 1800 sq ft of living space, this home offers 4 spacious bedrooms, 1 full bath, and 2 half baths. The main floor features an open concept kitchen and living space with gorgeous lighting, recessed fixtures, and a massive family room that's perfect for entertaining. Off the kitchen, you’ll find a multi-functional laundry area/pantry that makes daily living super convenient. The primary bedroom includes a private 2-piece ensuite and a lit walk-in closet. There's also a cozy little nook perfect for reading, working from home, or quiet downtime. The foyer is surprisingly spacious with room to sit and stay awhile. Formerly the Step Aside Gallery in the Burin Heritage Square, this beautiful building would be an incredible office building for you business or turn it into your new residence with a few modifications. The interior is striking as the dark wood of the floors is a stark contrast against the white walls. There are an incredible amount of windows that allow for brightness in most of the rooms. In the center of the main level is a most unique conversation piece. A well, which was uncovered during a renovation and was incorporated into the interior of the building. The second level of the building is mostly open concept. There was a piece added on to the building approximately 15 years ago which house a climate controlled, windowless room which was used for storing artwork. (id:2493)More details
