Before entering real estate, Tom completed three degrees, B.Ed., B.P.E., and M.Ed. and spent 31 years as an educator and school administrator. He has coached and produced Provincial Championship teams in three different sports and was an athlete himself winning a Bronze medal at the Canadian Olympic trials and has several Provincial Championships in wrestling.
